Hi, When I create Route Group, I need to add device by clicking "find". When I did so, I cannot find any device. Did I miss some step? Please see picture

either you are searching something wrong or there is no device/trunks configured or registered in cucm.
ideally available devices* should list the trunks/gateways you have configured in cucm.
check if you can see any registered device under Device-->Gateway and Trunks as this should list in the available devices column.
refer the cucm SRND section RouteGroup configuration for reference.

This can also happen if you have associated the device (trunk, gateway etc) directly to the Route Pattern. If that is the case, make sure you remove it from the Route Pattern and then it will start showing in the Route Group.
