Hi Guys,
I tried to use lync client to call cisco phone, the call flow is
Lync----CUCM---xcoder(Cisco GW)---Cisco phone, after media bypass from MS mediation server.
The issue is: If I tried to click the "Hold Call" from Lync, it gives me the error that "Can not put tha call on hold, the speaker and mic is on mute now" then mute my call, but I tried to unmute it and it did not work, the call just hunging there, from the Cisco phone I could not hear anything from Lync and vice versa.
If I only click mute button on the Lync client, and I can resume it by clicking unmute button.
Attached is the trace of call, can anyone please advise where the breakpoint is? in this log of call, I did mute and unmute twice and then I tried hold call on lync and failed.
