Can "welcome Promt" able to configure in Call Manager

Hi,

We have a new requirement;if customer calls to our hotline number it should play initially a welcome prompt like "Welcome to ??"

So,I just wanted to know can we configure this prompt in Call Manager.Does it support.

Set up: Call Manager,Voice gateway and unity server.(We have this much of setup in our infrastructure)

Call manager Version: 7.1.3

Since you have unity then yes it can be done by sending the call to a system call handler in unity and then send it back to call manger to desired number

You can search the forum here for many example how this can be done
