Can someone please guide me on where to start learning Cisco UC

As a Avaya engineer I'm highly interested in gaining hands on experience with Cisco voice UC. However, I'm not sure where to start. Should I build a home lab or learn through CBT Nuggets?  I do have a CCNA cert.

Definitely CBT was a good choice and easy understand, make sure you also read some routing and switching documents
