Can't Answer Incoming Call

I just got the Cisco IP Communicator (7.0) on my computer. I have a Jabra BT530 bluetooth head set and Jabra A330 dongle. I can make calls out but when a call in, I hit the answer button and the phone opens another call. I can't answer the incoming call.

mmm, jabra is supposed to generate a new call event of an answer depending the call state?

Can you contact Jabra to check, but before take a look at this:

Make sure you have 7.0.3

I finally got it to work last night. Not sure what I did (stood on one leg, closed one eye). It is working now. Thanks for the link.
