Can't CfwdALL to long distance phone number!

So when I try CfwdALL to a long distance number, it doesn't let me. I press 9 and then 1 or 4 (the first digit of the long distance area code), and it cancels it right away saying that the call could not be completed as dialed.

How do I set up call forwarding for a long distance number? Thanks.

That means that the CSS that is being used for CFA does not allow you to dial a long distance number, you need to to adjust that in your CUCM to have a CSS that does allow you, or adjust the CSS activation policy.

We are allowed to dial long distance numbers without a code of any sort. Do you mean only for call forwarding? How do you do that?

As I mentioned, you need to adjust your CSS to allow you to do that, if you're an end user, you need to reach out to your IT department.
