Can't connect 7962 phone

Here's the problem:

We use uc500 to connect 6 phones in the office.

All ports are used but I need to add a 7th phone. uc500 is attached to a switch where I connected 7th phone. In Configuration manager I now can see the phone whith IP but the status is "Deceased". When the phone is connected directly to uc500 it works fine.

Do you know why it could happen?

Is there a way I can use expantion port?

Dear

DECEASED status indicates that the connection to the Cisco Unified IP phone was closed because of a keepalive timeout. You have a connectivity problem that needs to be fixed.You can delete it and reconfigure it.You have to ceck your switch and vlans.

What do you mean by "delete it"? The phone seems to get it's IP fine. The switch it is on is connected to uc500, so why is there no connection between uc500 and the phone?
