Hi Mohd,

Have you installed device pack to get this phone model in CUCM. If not, you need to install the required device pack in all servers in the cluster and do a cluster reboot to get this device type (8865) in CUCM.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/matrix/CMDP_BK_CCBDA741_00_cucm-device-package-compatibility-matrix/CMDP_BK_CCBDA741_00_cucm-device-package-compatibility-matrix_chapter_01.html

Device pack download link:

I'm getting this Error

The error states version mismatch. As you are running 9.1.1, you cannot install device packs for 9.1.2. Latest device pack available for 9.1.1 is the one released in 2014. I am afraid whether that device pack provides support for 8865. Also 9.1.1 is pretty old, I would suggest you move to the latest 9.1.2 version and try

Can I upgrade it or I need to contact TAC

You can upgrade following the usual upgrade procedure.

Can you suggest me the compatible version because we have purchased new IP phones

Its always advisable to go to the latest version available for 9.1.2 as it will have fix for most bugs.

I could not find it

Which version should I upgrade  my version is CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5

9.1 is going EOL/EOS at the end of this year, you want to go 11.5

10.5 will also go EOS as soon as 12.5 is released at some point this year.
