Hi Join,

Reset the phone by disconnect it from the ethernet cable then give it a few second the connect it.

Cold i ask you other question that does Cisco has App ( Softphone) install on Iphone or Samsung?

I mean that PC use Cisco IP Communicator and does has any app install on iphone and samsung?

I use this Cisco Unity Express - Administration Version 8.0.5 .

Note: i use Cisco C2951-CME-SRST/K9.

I think jabber we need to order license but we did not order license.
