Cannot Remove a CME Hunt Group

Hi,

I have had a request from a customer to remove a member of a hunt group. The problem I get is when i try to delete the list or the hunt group I get the following:

'Cannot remove hunt group with dnd/logged out agent'

DND is not in use. 

If I try to delete the ehone-dn that is reported to be logged out, I get:

'DN ties to HG cannot be removed'

Help please.

Try this command:

no hunt-group logout [DND | HLog]

then remove the DN from the hunt group.
