I configured a service for Meetingplace Express and assigned it to a template in BAT. I pushed the service out to all my phones successfully, however, if I go in through the user options page and try to update the parameters of the service to configure it, the settings dont save.
If I remove the service from the phone and then add it back using the device config page I am able to successfully update my settings through the user page. It seems like a bug in BAT and I was seeing if anyone else has had this issue.

What CUCM are you using. I think there is a bug with BAT on CUCM 5 in the same way you described
