Hello,

I have exactly the same problem. I am using a Displayport-to-HDMI adapter Delock p/n 65091. Has anyone tested other adapters?

Regards

hi,

You need a SINGLE-LINK Display Port cable/adapter.

Those cables worked for me too.

Is there anything special that you needed to configure on your Cius to get this to work.  I got both

Accell B087B-005B UltraAV DisplayPort to DVI-D Single-Link Active Adapter ATI Certified
DisplayPort Male to HDMI cable Male

Plugged them in to the Cius Docking station and to our monitor, shutdown the cius and restarted with no pricture.

Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Rich,

You might want to ensure you disconnect power from the Media Station as well as restarting your Cius to ensure everything refreshes.

As well, make sure you're on the latest firmware which is 9.2.2(49).

You should see an icon at the top showing the cable connected, even when it isn't connected to any type of monitor.

Finally, check the HDMI settings, found in app center, to ensure HDMI connector status is enabled and Auto-Connect is enabled.

I worked through this issue with Cisco and even though they wouldn't  "officially" state any supported cables, I did receive the following  information.  I order all 3 of these cables, tested them, and so far have not  had any further issues as these cables worked great!!
