Cant establish video conference with 3 Cisco 8941

Hello to all ,

I have CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 and 3 Cisco 8941 in 3 different sites . In the 3 sites the Route Group depends of a router with PVDM3 ( video capabilities ) , Cisco 3925 in 2 cases and Cisco 2921 in the other .

The question is : when i Try to stablish a conference between the 3 devices ( a video conference ) only can establish AUDIO conference .

Can you give me some advice ?

Hi,

First of all you should check you have created video CFBs on your GWs.

Then,you should enable "Video Capabilities" on each of your 8941 phones.

Without dedicated MCU with your Video Conference you will get switching video stream from active phone.

Like,if phone A is talking at this moment,another phones "B"and "C" will see phone "A"  only.

When phone "B" will begin talk, phones "A" and "C" will see stream from phone "B"
