Cant see speed dial on my Cisco 9971

I have configured my 9971 in CME and added speed dial button but after restrating phone on the left keys side nothing changes.

My conf:

There is one entry in Phone's settings - My phone Apps - Speed Dial Buttons called "Office +5001".

How can I add this number in speed dial panel on phone?

Before restarting your ip phone, do you have executed the create profile command in voice register global menu ?

If not, do that and restart your 9971.

Can you give an example how to do this?

Go to voice register global menu

And do:

create profile

This will generate xml config file for your ip phone.

Restart after you ip phone.

At first, I add Speed Dial Buttons by phone apps, then I reset phone and nothing happend. And then I restart my 9971 and speed dial buttons are showed.
