CARS CDR search limited to 5 pages (100 records)?

Hello,

Small question,if i use CARS and do a "CDR search by extension" and the results is more then 100 records (5 pages) i can not see the rest.Cisco says,result is more then 100 records,result is truncated.

Is this a limitation of CARS (the 100 records or 5 pages)?

Any idea how i can modify this?

Hi Kurt,

About your 100 entry limit question:

Unfortunately, the limit of 100 CDRs are only for searching CDR in realtime there isn't a

way to modify this. If you run an Actual CAR report, the number of records are limited to 5000 records for PDF and 20000 records for CSV format. If the number of records exceed this limit, a message would be displayed to the user saying the results are truncated. The workaround is to reduce the date range and generate reports, or if you are using PDF you can try CSV format.
