ccie soft phone for lab

Hi ALL

We are pllaning to set up a lab for voice and plan to use an ip soft phone.Is there any features that we would be missing on the soft phone which would be required for the lab.Or do need to have some hard phones.

Mmm...there is no softphone in CCIE lab afaik.

But it will give you a lot of functionality,

I recommend you now Cisco IP Communicator which in fact is an SCCP client, not a TAPI which softphone is
