CCM 4 Subscriber goes down when publisher down

hi all,

I'm planing to migrate a Callmanager Cluster from 4.1(3)version to 7.1(3). The Subscriber (version 4) works fine when the Publisher is UP, Once i unplug the Publisher the Subscriber goes down (IP Phone does not get resgistred and CCMAdnin menu does not display anymore),

i tried to patch the 4.1(3)sr5d version and the patch failed in the subscriber while it worked for publisher. On Publisher, i run cisco upgrade utlility and result was that i have a database replication failure.

any ideas how to solve this problem..

is there anyway i can upgrade the CCM cluster without Subscriber?

i run  dblhelper, it seems that i have problem with replication and maybe it the cause of the patch failure also. is there any solution for this replication failure?

in attached snapshots of dbhelper and the error message i get after runnin the patch on the subscriber.
