I ran into an issue that I have not seen before. I updated a device today (7961) by updating the Owner User ID. However, when I select the âSaveâ button, I received the following error:
âOperation Completes By Date/time must be greater than current date/time.â
I have restarted and reset the phone to no avail. I am not having this issue with any other phones as I have tested several, including other 7961's.
Any thoughts?

Hi!
Are you using Certification Authority Proxy Function (CAPF)? There was a similar issue with a CAPF file with a smaller date the current date, which
caused the error.

We in fact are not using CAPF. However, when I looked at that phone configuration page, the certificate operation was set to Install/Upgrade. I changed it to No Operation Pending, and it works properly now.
