CCM 6.1.5 maunal backup page show blank

HI,

I have ccm 6.1.5.When i go to disaster and recovery and then when i click manual backup.The page is blank

I already restarted Tomcat service,changed the browser

Any advice

1) Are you able to do it using CLI

-utils disaster_recovery backup network featurelist device_name

featurelist  mandatory   Comma separated feature list to backup[Use 'utils

disaster_recovery show_registration ' to display the list of

registered features]

device_name  mandatory   name of the backup device[Use 'utils

disaster_recovery device list' to display the configured device list]

2) Try to reboot the server and see if issue gets resolved.

3) Removed the backup devices from the backup devices webpage except one them which has no Device name. -deleted the defected device from the CLI using the following command: utils disaster_recovery device delete *

and add the backup device again.

While doing the 3 option

utils disaster_recovery device delete * is not working on ccm 6.1.5

how can i delelte backup device wituh out any name
