CCM Service down

Here i am using CMM 4.2(3).My problem is sometimes the CCM (pri & sec)service goes down. what is the issue. Please advice me...

Please post more infos like:

Eventviewer Error, Server details, CPU usage..etc.

hi,

If both services are stopping or terminating the chance is its a bug.If you are running 4.2(3) i would suggest obtaining the latest service release for it.
