CCME 8.5 with reception Phone 7975

Hi there,

I have the following scenario.

A receptionist with a 7975 phone has 3 lines configured on the phone 1 for each company she answers the phone for.

During the day time if she doesn’t answer the call it goes to each lines voice mail and a message is taken, also night service is configured for out of hours. That’s all working fine.

What they would like configured is the ability for the receptionists to push a button when she goes away from her desk and each of the 3 lines gets forwarded to 3 different numbers.

Is this possible?

No, it's not possible. You would need something like a small IOS  script for that,

However you can use button speed-dial or short codes to enter the CFwdAll destinations quickly.    

Another thing you can try, make her extension part of three differnt ephone-hunt with HLog softkey, once she logs off, call wills go to the respective "final" destinations.
