CCME Dial-peer voice "Outbound state is down"

Hi to all,

I have installed recently a CCME 4.0 on 2801 (ios is 12.4.9T).

I have a problem with the dial-peer, when I restart the CCME, or reset or change the dial-peer voice configuration, it go on "down", if I use command "sh dial-peer voice" or "summary" I see that the dial-peer on BRI interface are "Outbound state is down". It stay on this status until incoming call arrive, then it "Outbound state is up"! Why? Can you help me?

A problem has been seen when a translation profile is applied to an ephone-dn. No translational-profile applied to an ephone-DN.

configure

"no dial-peer outbound status-check pots"

... and the peer is always up
