cdr files and ftp

We are running CallManager version 7.02 and just turned on our ftp server.  All of a sudden, there are a bunch of files:

cdr_StandAloneCluster_01_201502262251_2127

.

cdr_StandAloneCluster_01_201502262251_nnnn

We cannot figure out what application in CallManager is sending this data.  We turned off our ftp server to stop the files from being sent.  But, when we turn the ftp server back on, it starts up again.  How can we stop the files from being sent?

You probably have a billing server configured, you just need to delete it.
