Hi,
I have of cluster of 8 servers with UCM version 5.1.3.For past few days we are not able to see the CDR reports, it was working perfectly fine for all these days.I have tried restartng the CDR related services along with Database layer monitor service in all the servers,but even doing so did not help to resolve the problem.
Need help on this.
Thanks,
Vinay

Check this bug: CSCse61454
Or check the following:
Make sure the service parameters are configured in both publisher and subscriber
CCM Service Parameters:
CdrEnabled = True
CdrLogCallsWithZeroDurationFlag = True
NumCdrInsertRetries = 1
DBL Service Parameter:
Max CDR Records = 1500000
Enterprise Parameters:
Local CDR Path = c:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail
CDR UNC Path = \\
Off Cluster CDR DSN =
CDR Format = CDRs will be inserted into database
CDR File Time Interval (min) = 1
On each subscriber that you have, you need to make sure that 'CDR insert Service' is in a stopped state. Once you have checked that we would need to restart the DBL service from the subscriber.

what is the CM version?
In my case, the CM is 5.1(3)ES1106.Opne a cisco case, TAC will restore the CDR records for you via remote access.
But the last solution is upgrade the system to the latest ES version ES2104.
Michael.
