Hi there,
I have the following thing on my mind:
At a customer cdr's are collected by a 3th party supplier. He did sent me the data that he sees that has been collected by his software. In this data only 500 user records appear (and the CallManager has over 2000 users).
When i look in the CallManager at CDR Analysis and reporting and do a search on some random extensions that are not appearing in the 3th party tool I get cdr data.
In my opinion the cdr is on or off system wide and when it is on it send all data of all users.....or am i wrong here? Is there a way to set a extension to send or don't sent cdr data?
System: CallManager 5.1.2.3000-2

Correct, CDR is either ON or OFF.(CRD enabled flag under the CallManager service parameters).
Please have a look at for the purging mechanism (Disk allocation, high water mark ...)
