Cellular Phone and Cisco Unity Express problem.

Hello all,

I have a problem that, in the customer site there is 2911 ISR as Voice gateway and has CUE and has VIC2-4FXO to connect to the PSTN and one of this ports is connected to "prima cell" with extension ex. XXXXXXXXXX for Mobile calls. The problem is when the user insite make any Mobile call the call completed normally and the FXO's port LED is turned off its normall, but if any one at outsite called XXXXXXXXX, the user hear the AA message and the call completed normally but the FXO's port still green for 1 minute and then go off, How can I overcome this problem?

Hi

This is very common problem for FXO port. Please review the following link if you haven't already.

Some of the config is very country specific. Which country is your voice gateway? You may need to configure.

If it still doesn't resolve, you should open a service request with Cisco. Because it requires to record a call, analyze the frequency.
