Hello,

I have a customer who wants to know if the alerting message that tells you what ext just dialed 911 can be changed and customized to state not only the ext that called 911, but the users name tied to that phone as well?

I dont believe you can customize this, it announces the extension that called 911. I have not tried the screen pop gui login in CER for onsite security. You may be able to fill in the description field where the port is located and see what it will produce on the screen pop.

It probably should not matter who called 911, rather than where the phone physically is located on campus so they can respond accordingly. If was onsite security, would it matter if John called 911 or Cindy?
