Hello Experts,

I am trying to delete the certificates from CUCM Publishers which has totally 5 nodes , out of 5 nodes 2 nodes are not in production and we have planned to remove it from network.

But , that nodes have expiry date as year of 2022 and once i deleted again and again it coming up in CUCM Publisher.

STEPS I HAVE FOLLOWED BELOW:

1)Stoped the Cisco Certificate Expiry Monitor and Cisco Certificate Change Notification services on all of the servers in the cluster.

2)Operating System (OS) Administration GUI, navigated to Security > Certificate Management.

3)Started to delete the certificates on PUB & all Subscribers which was related to that subscribers which was out of production.

4)Stopped the following services,

i)Cisco Call Manger services - Stop and Start

ii)Cisco TFTP , CTI MANGER - Stop and Start

iii)Utils Service restart Cisco Tomacat on cli.

5)After this i was not able to see any certificates again on any of the clusters.

6)Now started the  Cisco Certificate Expiry Monitor and Cisco Certificate Change Notification services on all of the servers.

7)THE PROBLEM COMES NOW , AGAIN ALL THE CERTIFICATES STARTED TO COME IN ALL THE NODES.

8)Also in the IP Phone still i can see the old certificates which i had deleted and ITL files on the phones not updated after deleting the certificates.

Need your help to resolve the issue.

Thanks for Understanding!!!!!!!!

Regards,

Hari.

Hi Hari,

If the two nodes are completely removed from production, then could you confirm whether you have deleted those server entries in System --> Server and rebooted the cluster once.
