Hi NetPro
I have two DN 500 and 502
When number 500 is busy or no answer the call going to 502, setup CFnA and CFB and works OK.
When number 502 is busy or no answer the call going to 500, setup CFnA and CFB and works OK.
But when the 502 going to lunch the user sets CFA to dn 500, and works ok only for one call, the second call ringing in 502 extension.
as set up so that when the user sets CFA all calls ring at the destination DN???

Do you have max calls set to 1 on the DNs? You have cfwd busy setup in a loop. If either DN is only allowed 1 call at any time then the cfwd busy would send the call back to the other DN.

I configured 4 maximum calls and 2 busy trigger per each dn.
