I have a user who is a manager that wants her calls forwarded to her assistant if she doesn't answer then forwarded back to her voicemail if her assistant doesn't answer. Both users are in cucm and both have a unity connection voicemail profile. What's the best way to have this setup?
Surely just have the assistant setup her CFNA to voicemail too. Voicemail typically drops a message in the originally called number, not the last diverted from number.
Unless I'm missing something here....
