Im using CME. I configured one DN to forward call to a voice mail if unanswered but when i tested it in it immediately forwards the call to the voicemail server in just two rings. What could be wrong?
What is the CFNA timer set on CCME. Note that when calculating the timer to be configured, it should be 4 secs per ring. Therefore if you want the phone to ring 4 times, it should be set to 16.
