Hi everyone,

Happy new year to all.

I have one question to our experts.

1 - Today i received from customer a strange e-mail asking if they can forward the calls of two extensions to mobile after working hours and they needed to be automatic not manually, is this possible? also they need to record the conversation which forwarded to mobile, is this possible?.

What version of call manager are you running?

You can configure a remote destination profile which can have a schedule to call "in this case" the mobile phone of the user at a certain time. Please read the link below for more information on remote destination profiles.

In regards to recording the call automatically I don't believe there is a way of doing this without some kind of this party tool.
