Change 1st digit on phone number

We currently have CM 4.13 with Unity 4.05. Unforturnatly, after we made numbering plan with 9XXXX many people calling 911 with mistakes. Now, we like to change/modify CallManager and Unity configuration so number will use 6XXXX instead of 9XXXX. We are getting only 4 digits from PSTN and we just need to change 9 to 6 for all the phone and ata numbers including user configuration. Is there any easy way?

Hi...

BAT will help you here...it wont provide the option to modify just first digit, but you should be able to export all the Phone info..

modify the .txt file, then re-import.
