Change 7905 and 7912 Logo (gkdefault and lddefault)

Hello,

After installing a new locale (Portuguese), on CCM 5.1.2, i cant upload files gkdefault and lddefault along with mylogo.logo to the portugal and portuguese_portugal directories. It keeps on giving me an error, but i could upload to united states locale directory.

What am i doing wrong, do you have an hint?

Ok, after asking TAC for help they pointed me to this bug:
