Change Country Code

Hello Team,

I am curious how to set up remote users phones to allow them to use local country code. More specific I am in Germany and so the system is in Germany and set to the region. I have users in Italy that would prefer to have their calls there appear as if they are local calling. Or at the very least is there a way to mask the calls so the caller ID shows a local callback?

Hi James,

There are different way to do that. One is to use  Calling Number Normalization.

Also you can use Standard local route group in Device Pool definition to select the proper Voice Gateway / CUBE so that even if the italian user is in Germany, he will always call using italian Gateway.
