Change MOH

We are trying to change the MOH (Music On Hold) file for our phones.

Here we see the server we are pointing to is MOH_SMUCMSUB01

Need to find how that server maps over to the MOH Audio Source which in turn is linked to the file.

Look at the MOH source file you're using and then either replace it with the new audio, or create a new one and then change your config accordingly.

I hope I'm answering the question you are asking:

Upload the new MoH audio file that specific server (and any other MoH servers in your cluster) under Music On Hold Audio File Management.

Then you would go to MoH Audio Source and assign the new audio file to an ID number.

Finally, assign the new MoH Audio source for User and/or Network Hold as needed.

If that does not answer your question, please re-ask.

Im just trying to realize how does that particular server map to that MOD File?

ALL the servers that run the MOH service map to the same files, this is not a per server configuration.

If you have 10 MOH source files, you'd need to upload the 10 WAV files to all servers so they all map to the same file and MOH source.
