Dear colleagues,
new to Cisco UCM, and i am trying to change my phone language from german to english but it is not working.
So far i have changed the values on three different sections:
1. Phone Configuration - User Locale
2. End User Configuration - User Locale
3. Device profile Configuration - User Locale
I have logged out of the phone multiple times but no dice, the phone model is CP-7841. I think it could be because my phone belongs to the "german" group user local under "Common Device Configuration".

To answer my self, everything everything was correct, but the phone needed a hard reset. First over Call Manager - still did not change the language. After that, I have logged out of the phone, and only then was i able to do a hard reset from the phone it self. With the phone back to factory defaults it was finally displaying English.
