Hi all,
I am using CUCM 11.0 and cisco 8851 .
when I try to change softkey ,it works(everything but digit after first ) .
The customer asked me to change digit after first layout they want abbreviated dial first/seconed .
When I apply this nothing change on the customer phone(Only for digit after first ) .
Just to make sure the customer click 9 in on hook state and the he should get digit after first setting ?

Digit after first means "Off-hook call state after user enters the first digit"
So, if you are still on-hook and entering digits the state is still on-hook.

So, you are going off-hook i.e. press speaker button, enter 1 digit and you don't see the template layout you created? This is not what you described in the initial post you stated you are on-hook which does not use "digit after first" state.

you right I meant when the user is on hook after he enter the first digit .
This scenario use on -hook layout ?
