I am trying to create an anonymous hotline voicemail box. I have a routing pattern setup that masks the caller number. I set up the voicemail box to only play the message and not anything pre or post message. The issue comes with notifications. User would like email notification when a voicemail is left but testing shows that the email subject line is displaying the caller ID name but is using the mask from the route pattern. I know the Subject Line Format can be changed but from my understanding that changes it for all users. Is there a way to change it for only a single user?
