Changing graphic on Cisco 7912 with CCM 5

I want to change the graphic on 7912 Cisco IP Phones. I use CCM 5.0(4a).

This link (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_user_guide_book09186a00805f1961.html) is wrong. It's a copy of the procedure for CCM4.x, but is not valid for CCM5. Anybody can help me?

Humm... The document is valid whenever we'll just ignore references to the Windows files (C:/...) and we'll keep in mind that TFTP server can be accessed via "Cisco Unified OS Administration" -> Software Upgrades -> Upload TFTP Server File
