Changing specific parameter using BAT

Hi,

Currently all phones have a main number as their external mask. How would I go about changing the external phone number mask to their own individual number.

I thought i could just edit a .csv file with MAC ADDRESS, DIRECTORY NUMBER, and EXTERNAL PHONE NUMBER MASK as headings and then do a phone >insert phones specific detail on BAT but this does not quite work as well because some parameters change as well when I run BAT.

I may be using the wrong BAT option. Any suggestions??

Hi!

What's the CUCM version you have? I will recommend to export ALL phones - All details and then modify the CSV file, with the external phone number masks and import them again.
