Changing the active firmware load to an inactive firmware load

How do I change the active firmware mode to the inactive firmware load for a specific phone via cucm?

Hi, from phone configuration window enter the new load name which will
replace the current active load after reset. You can use your current
inactive load

Just to keep track on this case for future readers.

To switch between two existing images on the phone:

• Step 1 Disconnect the power supply.
• Step 2 Press and hold the star (*) key.
• Step 3 Reconnect the power. Continue pressing the star key until the Mute LED turns off.
• Step 4 Release the star key.

The phone reboots from the backup image.
