Hello, recently upgraded a large number of users from 7.0.5 CIPC to 7.0.6; CUCM version did not change however it is 7.1. All clients are on Win 7 (no OS change). Since the upgrade to 7.0.5 we are getting reports of users with one way audio issues as well as difficulty joining audio conferences (via UCCX). As I'm unable to recreate the problem I'm having a hard time capturing any trace data for problem calls.
Has anyone encountered any 'one way audio' issues with 7.0.6? I'm trying to nail down if this is a client issue (CIPC version) or if there is another problem area that I need to focus on.
