CIPC user is unable to call short dialing to other CIPC extension

Hi,

I have one user 1 CIPC extension 3344455064 and other user 2 CIPC 3344455078

there is translation patter configured for short dialing for user

0XX- mapped to 33444550XX

it means user 1 dials 078  to connect 3344455078. but its not working.  even User 1 dials full number 3344455078 , its not working. it happening for few CIPC phones not all .

all CSS/Partion part is ok.

Have you confirmed with DNA that you're not hitting something else?

What do you hear when you dial?

Hear busy tone after dial.

It  looks strange.

In DNA looks ok ...

Will collect logs from cucm...

Hi Devraj,

Are you able to dial the complete number or the call tries to connect before dialing all numbers ?

As you mentioned that its happening only on few CIPCs what is the diff between the working and non working ones ? SIP /SCCP ?

I am Facing the similar issue but for me long Distance and mobile numbers are not working, i am able to enter the digits but call is getting disconnected on CIPC(SCCP) but working on Desk Phone which is SIP any suggestions?
