CISCO 2911 SIP to PRI

I am trying to get a cisco 2911 with E1/T1 cards installed to take a sip call and make outbound call over the T1 or PRI board..  In the past I used the 3800 series and I required to purchase DSP resources in order to setup the T1  as follows

controller T1 0/0/0

framing esf

 linecode b8zs

 pri-group timeslots 1-24

The issue is that unless you have DSP resources it will not allow you to setup..  I recently took a router (2911) in production out but had to reset it and once I tried to setup the system gave me not enough resources available..  DO you know another way the previous person could have accomplished the same?

You might have more T1/E1s, FXO, FXSs, etc. or some other config (MTP, XCODER, etc) that takes up DSPs, and you not have enough for all those endpoints, you would need to shut down the ones you're not using, or free resources from media resources configured to free up enough DSP channels to configure that T1

Look at your inventory and current config to see what you have.
