Hi,
I have a Cisco 6871 with multiplatform firmware which often reboots or freezes using a USB headset (Poly Blackwire 8225).
When we put a call on hold, the UI will often freeze when resuming the call. There is no audio and the phone finally reboots.
Same thing happens when making 2 calls back to back (2nd call will freeze and then reboot the phone).
Firmware is: sip68xx.11-3-3MPP0203-382.loads
Do you guys know what could be the issue?
