Hi Guys
I have a issue with the Cisco 6941 IP Phone model. We are moving IP Phone from CUCM 8.6 to new cluster CUCM 11.5. In the new CUCM, the IP Phone 6941 take the time for 3 hours advanced. We upgrade to the last firmware allowed but the problem continue. Adding, we change the time zone in a new DP, but the time not change.
Any idea?

I have the same problem.
And also tried to change the DP, but the time is still incorrect.
Any solutions?

I performed a downgrade to SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR2 and this solved the issue.

Hi,
Is this SIP or SCCP intergrated ? If it's SIP then the time sources is a mix of the date/time group and NTP reference if there isn't any NTP reference then the phone will use the register message as it's time source.
If it's skinny then the time is taken directly from the CUCM with reference to the date/time group. So if either your NTP reference or the clock on your CUCM is off then you'll see these issue.
