Dears,
I face a Problem related to Cisco 7821 IP Phone when I enabled Extension Mobility on the Phone and Create Device Profile that "Phone not Registered" appeared on the phone. can anyone face this problem and how to fix this.

Hi Ossama,
Which phone firmware and cucm versions are involved?
Is it happening to all 7821's or some of them?
How do you register the phones back?
Please provide a packet capture while the phone is resetting after applying the EM related settings.

Thanks for your Reply.
The Phone Firmware is sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4, it happened to all 7821 Phones and it is not register again but when we add DN to the Line on the Phone it is registered. but my requirement is make the IP phone as Dummy Device and the user log in to this phone by using Extension Mobility Service.

AFAIK the SIP phone needs to have a directory number defined for registration on cucm.
