I'm using CUCM14 and have phone models - 7841, 8811 and 8841 and I'm unable to do 3 features :
1. blind transfer
2. blind conference
3. Barge (not cBarge)
About the first two - once I press the transfer or conference it puts the call on hold and gives me a ringback tone (it's called consult transfer\conference and not blind).
about the 3rd one - do those phones support Barge? on CIPC once I press the shared line once it's in use, I get 2 softkeys (Barge or cBarge) here it's automatically doing cBarge (it's conference in). can we do Barge only with those phones?
