Yes there is, by default the phone is assigned "Standard User" Softkey Template which contains Forward All (CfwAll).
If you select the more button on the ip-phone, you will see CFwdAll, once you press it, it will beep twice and enter the number you want to forward to.
To check the Setting on CUCM, navigate to:
Device > Device Settings > Softkey Templates.
Select "Standard USer"
In the Related Links on the right hand side, select GO "Configure Softkey Layout".
